I am a Professor in the School of Business and Economics at the University of Muenster and a J-PAL Affiliate. I hold a PhD from CEMFI in Madrid, Spain. Moreover, I am also affiliated with the Centre for Competitive Advantage in the Global Economy (CAGE).
I work in the area of applied microeconomics. My fields of research are political economy and development economics.
